Are you a bar?

We have a Cellar Door that we can offer tastings and tours but do not have a license for a bar. We can sell drinks for a private group.

When are you open?

Our Cellar Door is open to the public for free tastings on Saturdays 11am till 5 pm. Contact us if you would like to book in another time or a private group tasting. While we are happy for you to pop in while we are working at other times please note that it will not be set up for tastings.

My Limecello has green Clouds.

Our Limecello, being a natural product, can sometimes separate, causing the lime zest and juice to appear differently. This is completely normal. We use 100% natural ingredients, and the separation occurs because we avoid adding chemicals or removing proteins, which are essential for flavour. With an abv of 30.8%, our Limecello is too high in alcohol for any harmful growth. To enjoy the best flavour, simply shake the bottle well before each pour. We appreciate your love for our products and hope this helps clarify your concerns.
