45mls Banks & Solander Limecello
15mls Coconut Liqueur or Rum
20mls Aloe Drink
Squeezed wedge of Lime
Approx 60mls of Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu Soda
Add Limecello, Coconut liqueur & Aloe Drink into a cocktail shaker.
Squeeze Lime wedge into the tin and drop the lime in. Shake with a good amount of ice.
Fill a highball style glass with ice. Strain the cocktail into the glass and top with Soda.
Add a lime wedge as a garnish.

Instructions:
Measure all of the ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass and add a large ice cube. Stir until cold and garnish an orange half wheel.
Classic Gin Martini
75mL Banks and Solander Signature Gin
30mL Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Ice
Lemon twist
Instructions:
Prechill a coupe glass 30 minutes prior to use.
In the chilled mixing glass, combine orange bitters, dry vermouth and gin. Add ice to fill the mixing glass and stir quickly until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with a twist of lemon.

15mL Fresh lime juice
15mL simple syrup

Instructions:
Prechill drinking glass 30 minutes prior to use.
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
